| Broiled Salmon |

Ingredients:

Salmon Fillet |
| 1/2 | Stick Butter or Margarine |
| 3 | Cloves Garlic minced |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter or margarine with 3 minced garlic cloves.
2. Place the salmon on a foil lined cookie sheet and brush one side with the butter and garlic.
3. Season the Salmon with Renegade Rub.
4. Place Salmon under broiler and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
5. Flip the fish, apply butter and Renegade Rub, and cook for another 4 or 5 minutes.
6. To test doneness insert fork at angle and twist gently, fish should flake easily.
7. Do not overcook.
