Renegade Fried Chicken |

Ingredients:

2 1/2 - 3 pound broiler-fryer chicken cut pu |
| 3/4 cup | All Purpose Flour |
| Vegetable Oil | |
| 2 tbs | |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and Renegade Rub.
2. Heat oil (1/4 inch) and chicken in a 12 inch skillet over medium high heat.
until brown on all sides, about 10 minutes: reduce heat.
3. Cover tightly and simmer , turning over once or twice, until the thickest pieces are done, about 35 minutes.
4. Remove cover during last 5 minutes of cooking to crisp chicken.
