Red Rose Potatoes |

Ingredients:

2 lbs |
Rose Potatoes cut in half |
| 1/4 cup | Olive Oil |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes in half.
2. Put the potatoes and olive oil in a bowl, mix them up to coat the potatoes with the oil.
3. Liberally sprinkle the potatoes with Renegade Rub.
4. Pop in the oven for about 1/2 an hour at 350 degrees or until the potatoes are tender.
5. One variation is to boil the potatoes, then add olive oil, Renegade Rub, and some parsley for color.
6. You can also coat them with olive oil and Renegade Rub, then toss them on the BBQ.
